It's funny how, as we mature, we see the world and the people around us so differently. We all did things we aren't proud of, but what's important is realizing the effects of our actions and doing and being better because of them. One of the surprising things that happened to me with Facebook was that the bully whom, in part, was the reason I left Woodlands, was the first to send me a friend request. So either this person doesn't remember or possibly respected me for not putting up with it when it was taking place. Point is that most people really do change and evolve, as you have. And since we can't change the past we should enjoy reconnecting with those friends that matter, and let the past stay exactly there, in the past. On the other hand, if what we did has us carrying guilt, then I think we should try to make good on it with an apology. This way both people will have a different perspective on the past.
